QUESTION: WHO DO I CONTACT FOR WARRANTY/INSTALLATION QUESTIONS? 

  • Email Jason Vance ([email protected]) and he will begin the scheduling process for Home Lumber’s technicians to get out to the job site and diagnose a course of action to take care of the issue in question. 
 
QUESTION: WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A WINDOW OR PATIO DOOR? 

  • In an effort to help expedite the process, a couple of steps must be taken prior to contacting Jason ([email protected]) with a window or patio door issue. For double-hung windows, there is an identification tag on the sash. For casement windows and patio doors, there is an identification tag on the head jamb. Taking a picture of the identification tags on the products and emailing those pictures to Jason will help speed up the process needed to take care of the issue in question. 
 
QUESTION: WHO DO I CONTACT IF A WINDOW IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?
