- In an effort to help expedite the process, a couple of steps must be taken prior to contacting Jason ([email protected]) with a window or patio door issue. For double-hung windows, there is an identification tag on the sash. For casement windows and patio doors, there is an identification tag on the head jamb. Taking a picture of the identification tags on the products and emailing those pictures to Jason will help speed up the process needed to take care of the issue in question.
